The Team Members of our staff have worked alongside leaders in the Internet industry for many years and have managed accounts with organizations and churches around the world. Experience ranges from project management to web design to an Oracle Certified Master. When working with us, you will have contact with key project staff who have worked with Fortune 1000 companies to help assure that their Internet initiatives achieved their timelines and market successes. The leaders of Beacon's negotiations and management teams are profiled here for your information. Additional biographical profiles of staff and team members are also available upon request. Douglas Potts President As President, Doug brings decades of innovative professional experience to Beacon. Doug has a very highly regarded track record of assisting organizations from chaos to order. During his time of steering BSi the company has enjoyed growth each fiscal year including his first which consisted of the acquisition of two companies mired in debt. He was educated at University of North Carolina at Wilmington and attended graduate school at University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Doug’s role with BSi is to drive the firm’s vision, maximize the effectiveness of its human resources, and oversee its finances. Christiane Potts United States Team Leader Christiane coordinates BSi's United States team of designers and developers. Utilizing her extensive experience in graphic arts, Web page design and project implementation, she oversees BSi's design specialists and programmers located in offices around the US. Born outside Paris and raised in New York, Beruit, and Chicago, Christiane adds a unique perspective to Beacon's Management Team. Prior to joining Beacon, Christiane was a Senior Project Manager at Stream Technology Group, an Internet services consultancy, and coordinated work with Fortune 1000 companies, including Major League Baseball, The Edison Project, USA Today, the White House Millenium Council and more. Geza Lucz Eastern Europe Team Leader Geza is responsible for managing Beacon's Hungarian office team in Budapest. He oversees and actively participates in Internet-based software development, including Web design. With a Master's degree in Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University of Budapest, Geza has experience in large database and web projects, intelligent systems developement, and network management. He was among the first to build a Web server in Hungary. Geza has serviced a clientele including Ford, Church Publishing Corp., and InNET News. He also participated in the building of the informational site of the 1998 Parliamentary elections in Hungary, generating 20,000 HTML pages every hour. |
